The Songbird Flock
Jasmine Gold is the director of Songbird Community Healing Center. She is a Toltec Mentor, certified Four Agreements Facilitator, and Reiki Master. She has spent her adult life gradually awakening to Spirit and the truth of who she is. Her process of transformation continues to this day in an ongoing dance of discovery. Her traditional education includes BA’s in Linguistics and Classical Languages at UC Berkeley. While there, she started developing a fascination with studying personality types. Her non-traditional Toltec education started ten years ago with local teacher Allan Hardman. It includes a three-year intensive spiritual training program with don Miguel Ruiz (author of the Four Agreements) and Barbara Emrys. She has taken six power journeys to Teotihuacan, Mexico and one to Peru. She was drawn to the Toltec work because it has a strong focus both on letting go of limiting beliefs and on living our lives from a place of unconditional love and acceptance. Some of her other teachers include David Deida, Sahn Kai, and her teenage son Julian. Her passion is to share information and support growth for all through community, connection, and creativity.
Besides Reiki, Jasmine has explored many other healing arts. Her love of community building and research prompted her to start the Hands of Gold Healing Clinic in her living room in Cotati. After running it there for five years, she moved it to the Songbird Center when it opened. The clinic provides a fun and casual community for people to explore and receive different types of healing. Besides the Healing Clinic, Jasmine offers small classes, in-person private sessions, and phone sessions. These are tailored to individual needs and can include visualization, discussion, recapitulation breathing, hands-on energy healing, and/or tools based on the Toltec teachings of don Miguel Ruiz.

Teresa Callison holds a Master’s degree in psychology, an Integrated Movement therapist certification and is a registered yoga instructor. She has recently moved here from Seattle, where she taught at The Samarya Center, a nationally recognized yoga research and education center, dedicated to providing yoga and yoga therapy to people of all ages, abilities and backgrounds. Teresa has worked extensively with individuals of many different ages and with a variety of life challenges. Ingrained in her teaching are the three overarching philosophies of Integrated Movement Therapy: The student is already perfect and whole, the student and teacher are both unlimited in their abilities to heal and that no part of the body, mind or spirit works alone.
As a long time runner, vigorous asana practicioner and busy mom of two, Teresa has come to realize the incredible benefits of a gentle and yin yoga practice. To learn to move slowly and deliberately with your breath, to stretch the deep connective tissue in the body and to give yourself permission to be exactly where you are at this moment is both a gift, as well as a powerful journey of self-discovery. Teresa believes in making yoga accessible to everyone regardless of age, ability or economic status and provides students a safe, comfortable environment in which to practice. Teresa is an energetic, compassionate therapist/teacher who brings a sense of fun and compassion to those with whom she works. She offers private and group instruction. Sliding scale options are available.

Hamida Judith Dides, M.A. has been on the search for knowledge and truth since childhood. Raised in a bi-cultural, bi-lingual extended family, she grew up knowing there was more than one way to view the world. This has been the basis of her approach to life. Meditation, prayer and contemplation took her to the inner realms. Not limited to the human world, she has connected to the plant “kin dom” through her study and practice of Herbalism, Flower Essences and Aromatherapy.
